Continual improvement is the process of seeking incremental improvements over time. This is usually done with little to no motivation and the goal being very vague. However, a continuous improvement process is actually an ongoing effort to continually improve certain services, products, or procedures. These efforts might seek “incremental” improvement all at once or “decreasing” improvement all at once. Either way, continual improvement is a key to overall business success.
